We are overly ecstatic and happy to announce that we are going to have a baby!!! As many of you know, we have waited a little while for this little one, and are SO thankful for this blessing. We are in shock still, and everyday I repeat.. "I can't believe I'm pregnant." It is such an amazing feeling (and strange) to know that there is life inside of me growing. I went to my first Dr's appointment yesterday, and was able to hear the heart beat, and we now have our baby's first picture (below).
Thank you all for your thoughts, words of encouragement, and prayers. They have not gone unnoticed. We already love this little one, and I have already had a little sense of motherhood, with my worries of the health of this child. Logan has been great and amazing. Serves me hand and foot, and deals with my moodiness. Luckily so far, I haven't been sick at all, but awaiting that experience, and ready for it :)

I am about 7 weeks along now, due February 13th. So, I know it's going to be a long journey, but, I'm totally excited for every moment (someone remind me of that when I'm in month 9!!! :) We were very lucky to have my parents in town when we found out. I decided to just take a pregnancy test the day they were leaving, JUST IN CASE... and it was positive, so I was very happy to have my parents here and see their excitement and love. Here's some pictures of our excitement.

I couldn't be happier for you both! I totally remember the surreal feeling of trying to grasp the concept that I was actually FINALLY pregnant after waiting SO long for that tremendous miracle. Like so many have told me -- Enjoy Every Moment!:) You both will be AMAZING parents and that baby is going to be so incredibly loved.:)
CONGRATULATIONS! We are so excited for you guys! Pregnancy can be tough (I'm approaching my 8th month) but it is also amazing to feel that little baby growing and moving inside of you! It's the best! So happy that really is the best news ever! YAY!
