Happy anniversary! After one year we took one look at the cake top and quickly agreed to throw it in the garbage. That was 5 or so years ago, and I still look over my guilty shoulder and hope that the treasonous act will have no bearing on our future.

We were quite lucky with our anniversary cake - as part of our wedding cake deal, she made us a little cake top for our actual 1st year anniversary... so luckily for us, it wasn't a frozen cake, but a delicious fresh made cake for the big day. One of the best deals from the wedding :)
